Leadership
The company started because the founders had been around construction long enough to know what contractors actually need — working equipment, fair prices, and someone who picks up the phone. That's still what drives every decision here.
Fleet Management
Our fleet managers keep track of every machine we own. Their job is making sure nothing sits broken in the yard and everything that goes out is in good shape. They handle:
- Deciding what equipment to buy and when to retire old units
- Scheduling maintenance so machines don't go out half-serviced
- Tracking which machines are out, where they are, and when they're due back
- Making sure we have the right mix of equipment for what clients are asking for
Mechanics & Technicians
These are the guys who keep everything running. They've got hands-on experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Perkins, Cummins — the brands we stock. When a generator won't start on a site in JLT at 6am, they're the ones who figure out why and fix it. Most of them have been doing this for years and can diagnose a problem by ear.
Operators
When clients need a trained operator sent along with the equipment, we pull from our pool of certified professionals. Every operator has:
- Valid UAE heavy equipment certification
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience
- A clean safety record
- Experience across multiple machine types
Customer Service
The team that answers calls, puts together quotes, and makes sure bookings go smoothly. They speak multiple languages — which matters in Dubai — and they're available around the clock. If you call at 2am because your generator tripped, someone will answer.
Logistics & Delivery
Getting a 10-ton roller from Al Lisaili to a site in Dubai Marina on a Friday morning requires knowing the roads, the permits, and the timing. Our logistics team handles all of that. They coordinate flatbeds, low-loaders, and make sure your equipment shows up when you need it.
